JOB VACANCY – LAND SURVEYOR

Position: Site Surveyor (Earthwork & Infrastructure Works)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carry out site surveying, setting-out, alignment and level control for earthworks, excavation and infrastructure works.
• Establish and verify survey benchmarks, reference points and temporary benchmarks (TBM).
• Perform setting-out for underground utilities, drainage, trenches, pile caps, foundations and other civil works.
• Monitor excavation levels, formation levels, slopes and platform elevations to ensure compliance with approved drawings.
• Conduct as-built surveys and record actual site measurements for progress claims and quantity verification.
• Coordinate joint surveys and inspections with the main contractor and consultants.
• Interpret construction drawings, survey coordinates and levels accurately.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers and excavation teams to ensure accurate setting-out and level control.
• Maintain proper survey records, field data and as-built documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Certificate in Land Surveying, Geomatics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in earthworks, infrastructure or civil construction projects.
• Experience in excavation, underground utilities, drainage and foundation works is preferred.
• Proficient in operating Total Station, Auto Level and other surveying equipment.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, coordinates, reduced levels (RL) and survey data.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work independently, coordinate with site teams and handle multiple work fronts.
• Willing to work at Bandar Springhill, Port Dickson.
• Able to join immediately or on short notice is an advantage.

Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based
Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
