Job Description

Job Summary:
Responsible for conducting land and site surveys using modern survey equipment and methods to ensure accurate data collection for project planning, execution, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct topographical, boundary, and layout surveys at project sites.

• Operate survey instruments such as total stations, DGPS, auto-levels, and related tools.

• Interpret and prepare survey drawings, reports, and data using AutoCAD or other relevant software.

• Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, and site teams to mark reference points and layouts.

• Maintain detailed records of survey data and site conditions.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations.

• Support quantity estimations and as-built drawing verifications.

• Identify discrepancies in design vs. actual site conditions and report accordingly.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in total station, DGPS, auto-level, and operation.

• Good understanding of land measurements and survey principles.

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or survey software.

• Basic understanding of civil construction and structural drawings.

• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under field conditions.

Qualification:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering with Surveying knowledge

• ITI in civil engineering survey

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel and work at remote project sites.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong documentation and communication skills.
