SURVEYOR-Projects / Construction

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor with strong expertise in construction surveying, particularly in high-rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate coordinates, levels, measurements, and layouts throughout structural, grey work, and finishing stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and handle Total Station, Theodolite, Auto Level, and other surveying instruments efficiently and accurately.
• Check and verify coordinates, dimensions, and locations of plots, buildings, and structural elements.
• Establish and verify levels, benchmarks, and layouts for structural, grey, and finishing works.
• Conduct site surveys and ensure that construction activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with in-house Engineers, Site Supervisors, and construction teams to ensure accurate execution of works.
• Coordinate with MEP Engineers and contractors regarding layouts, levels, and other site requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical discrepancies related to levels, coordinates, alignments, and layouts in coordination with the concerned engineers.
• Verify final levels and layouts before commencement of finishing works, including tiling, marble, granite, aluminium, glazing, ironmongery, and other related works.
• Review drawings and site conditions and promptly highlight any ambiguity, discrepancy, or mismatch in drawings, levels, coordinates, and layouts to the Site Engineer and Project Engineer.
• Maintain accurate survey records, measurements, and relevant site documentation.
• Ensure all surveying activities are carried out with a high level of accuracy and in accordance with project requirements.

Qualification

• DAE Civil from a recognized / reputable Polytechnic Institute.

Experience

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in construction surveying.
• Experience in high-rise tower projects will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise in Total Station, Theodolite, and Level instruments.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, coordinates, levels, and layouts.
• Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and communicate technical issues effectively.
• Experience in structural and finishing works, particularly in high-rise construction.
