1. Job Description Site Surveyor

Location - Khammam

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting detailed site surveys to measure land features, boundaries, and topography.

2. Using surveying tools (e.g., total stations, GPS) to collect precise site data.

3. Creating maps, reports, and digital models for use by architects and engineers.

4. Setting out reference points for construction work based on architectural and engineering plans.

5. Ensuring structures are built in the correct location and alignment.

6. Monitoring construction progress to detect any deviations from design specifications.

7. Preparing survey reports, legal descriptions, and as-built documentation.

8. The role requires travel across Telangana to various project sites and business locations, based on organizational requirements.

Work Location Hyderabad Quantity Surveying

• Prepare detailed BOQs and quantity estimates from drawings.

• Conduct quantity take-offs and quantity reconciliation

• Verify contractor bills, subcontractor bills and supplier invoices.

• Prepare rate analyses for new and extra items.

• Monitor project costs against approved budgets.

• Track variations, change orders, and claims.

• Coordinate with procurement for material quantity planning and cost control.

• Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts.

• Maintain records of bills, measurements, contracts, and cost data.

• Prepare weekly steel and concrete wastage reports. Planning & Scheduling

• Develop baseline project schedules using MS Project.
