Sushi Assistant / Sushi Apprentice (No Need Exp)

Summary:

• Basic Salary: S$2,295~ $2,470 per month

• Outlet Allowance: S$80 per month

• Staff Benefits: Performance Bonus, Annual Increment, Medical Benefits

• Working Days & Hours: 6 days per week, 44 hours

• Working Schedule: Retail operating hours, starting from 8:00 AM

• Working Location: Central (Takashimaya or Great World City)

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and menu items in accordance with standardised recipes and portion sizes.
• Ensure all sushi products are prepared consistently and comply with established food safety and quality standards.
• Assist with daily ingredient preparation and kitchen operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including equipment, storage areas, preparation areas and work surfaces.
• Follow food hygiene and safety procedures at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Outlet Chief.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; candidates who are keen to learn J-cuisine are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to learn sushi preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Able to work in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
