Job Description ​

We are seeking a dedicated, Sushi Chef who is eager to grow with us. In this role, you will handle daily sushi preparation, execute menu items to high standards, and maintain a clean, efficient station in a fast-paced food hall environment.

Compensation & Hours ​Pay Rate: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour (inclusive of tips, depending on experience) ​

Job Type: Part Time 18hr

Requirements ​

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional culinary or sushi experience. ​

Core Knowledge: Must possess a basic understanding of sushi preparation, including: ​Maki roll assembly and rolling techniques. ​Safe and hygienic fish handling. ​

Certification: Valid Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain one prior to start date). ​

Attributes: Strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and a desire to learn.
