Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our opening team at Den, a premium Japanese fusion omakase restaurant. You will work with top-grade ingredients and an experienced team to create refined sushi and sashimi offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sushi & sashimi prep, wagyu, seafood, fusion hot dishes
• Fine dining plating, service flow, and Japanese ingredient handling
• Omakase & seasonal menu skills
• Real-world experience in a high-standard kitchen

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome – no experience needed
• Willing to learn and grow under senior Japanese-trained chefs
• Passionate about Japanese cuisine and hospitality
• Team player with a positive, respectful attitude
• Punctual, responsible, and hard-working
• Able to work evenings, weekends & public holidays
• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene & safety
