Kampai, recently featured in The New York Times, is Jackson’s premier sushi and fine dining destination. We’re seeking an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team in the heart of Jackson Hole.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years’ experience in high-volume, upscale sushi kitchens
• Strong knife skills, fish butchery & sushi rice expertise
• Creativity balanced with respect for Japanese tradition
• Team-oriented, professional, and passionate about hospitality

This is a full-time, hands-on role serving guests at the sushi bar and working closely with a collaborative kitchen team.
