Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Part-Time Sushi Chef to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with 0 to 2 years of experience who is eager to learn and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Because our evenings and weekends are our busiest times, full availability for weekend and dinner shifts is required.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare high-quality sushi rice, cut vegetables, and prep fresh fish.
• Roll, slice, and beautifully plate a variety of traditional and signature sushi rolls.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized station according to health and food safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely service.
• Handle high-volume orders efficiently during peak dinner rushes.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 0–2 years of kitchen or sushi preparation experience. (We are happy to train the right candidate!)
• Availability: Must be fully available to work on Friday and Saturday.
• Pace: Ability to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, high-pressure working environment.
• Teamwork: A friendly, reliable team player with excellent communication skills.
