Musashi Japanese Fusion in Frisco, TX is looking for an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sushi chef experience
- Strong knife skills and fish preparation experience
- Experience preparing nigiri, sashimi, maki, and specialty rolls
- Knowledge of proper fish handling, storage, sanitation, and food safety
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Consistent with presentation, portioning, and quality
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and a team player
- Must be available for evenings and weekends
- Must currently live in the Dallas–Fort Worth area
