Sushi Chef (Full-time) – Amai Sushi Amai Sushi is hiring a full-time Sushi Chef to join our team in Winnipeg. No experience required — we will train the right candidate. Location: 1530 Plessis Rd #3, Winnipeg, MB R2C 5R5 Job type: Full-time Pay: $16.40–$20.00 per hour Responsibilities: - Prepare sushi, sashimi, maki rolls and other Japanese dishes to our recipes and quality standards - Ensure freshness, quality and presentation of every dish - Follow food safety and sanitation procedures; keep the sushi bar station clean and organized - Work with the kitchen team during service Requirements: - No experience required — training provided - Passion for Japanese cuisine and willingness to learn - Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods - Reliable, punctual, and a team player - Food Handler Certificate is an asset (can be obtained after hiring) To apply, please submit your resume through Indeed.
