Sushi Chef – Dallas Uptown

We are currently seeking an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team at a Japanese restaurant located in Dallas Uptown.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare sushi, sashimi, rolls, and other Japanese dishes
• Ensure high standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized sushi station
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work efficiently with kitchen and restaurant staff during service

Qualifications:

• Previous sushi chef experience preferred
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work well as part of a team
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience.
