What they need
Crush Winebar is seeking experienced professional for the position of Sushi Chef.
Applicant does not need sushi experience, however must have experience in a full service, fast paced kitchen.
Knowledge of safe food preparation is mandatory, with cleanliness and organization also being required.
At Crush Winebar, the Sushi station is in the public eye, so presentation, cleanliness as well as interacting with the guests is required of the Sushi Chef.
Shifts are Tuesday - Saturday 1pm to close.
