We are looking for a skilled and reliable Sushi Chef to join our Japanese restaurant team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and rolls with consistent quality and presentation.
• Handle, cut, and store fish properly while maintaining food safety standards.
• Complete daily preparation and keep the sushi station clean and organized.
• Monitor inventory, report shortages, and minimize waste.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service.
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and opening and closing checklists.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sushi Chef.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of fish handling and sushi preparation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, organized, and willing to work as part of a team.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation: Based on experience.
