Job Title: Chef / Cook — Full-Time

Nori Bar Lakewood is hiring chefs and kitchen staff for our new restaurant. We’re looking for reliable, hands-on team members who take pride in preparing quality food and keeping the kitchen organized.

Open Positions

• Head Chef — 1 opening: Starting at $1,400 per week. Lead kitchen operations, coordinate food preparation, and maintain consistent food quality.
• Chef / Cook — 2 openings: $1,200 per week each. Prepare and cook menu items and help keep service running smoothly.
• Kitchen Chef — 1 opening: $1,100 per week. Support food preparation and daily kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food accurately and consistently.
• Keep workstations, equipment, and food preparation areas clean and organized.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Work closely with the team during busy service periods.

Schedule

• Sunday–Thursday: 11 a.m.–11 p.m.
• Friday: 10:30 a.m.–4 p.m.
• Saturday night: 8:30 p.m.–1:30 a.m.

Daily breaks include a 30-minute lunch break and an additional one-hour break.

Pay
Weekly pay varies by position, as listed above. Payment is issued half in cash and half by check.
