Newly Opened Japanese Steakhouse in Downtown Toronto!

We’re excited to welcome guests to our new Japanese steakhouse in the heart of Toronto’s Financial District.

About the Restaurant

Our newly opened Japanese steakhouse is a small, considered restaurant rooted in restraint, precision, and reverence for the craft.

Guided by the principles of Japanese simplicity, we showcase exceptional beef and seasonal ingredients at their purest expression. We believe time is the most valuable ingredient — time to raise, to age, to prepare, to gather, and to savour.

Our mission is simple: we are in the experience business. Our people-first culture inspires and empowers our team to deliver moments that matter in an environment focused on the guest experience. Together, we will create a best-in-class hospitality experience.

We are currently hiring for an existing position within our growing team.

Work closely with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure timely preparation and to accommodate special requests and food allergies
Follow all sanitation, hygiene and workplace safety standards
Assist with stocking, inventory and notifying management of low supplies
Keep the work area clean, organized and sanitized throughout the shift and at closing
Follow the direction of the Executive Chef, Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager and maintain a positive, professional attitude with coworkers and guests
