Sushi Go is a new revolving sushi restaurant opening in Centreville, VA, and we're looking for reliable, detail-oriented Sushi Prep Cooks / Roll Makers to join our team! Help us create fresh, delicious sushi for a fun revolving sushi dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sushi rice, seafood, vegetables, sauces, and other ingredients.
• Make sushi rolls according to restaurant recipes and presentation standards.
• Plate and replenish sushi for the revolving belt and prepare guest orders.
• Monitor food freshness, labeling, and time and temperature controls.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow food safety procedures.
• Work with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous sushi preparation or roll-making experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
• Reliable attendance and good teamwork skills.
