Sustainability Manager

At Carlton Cannes, a Regent Hotel, we are looking for our Sustainability Manager to lead and bring to life our social, societal and environmental ambitions, working closely with our General Manager and our teams.

Our sustainability journey is already well underway, supported by a clear strategy, concrete initiatives and a strong vision. Your role will be to give it greater momentum, structure and visibility, turning our commitments into meaningful, measurable and engaging actions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the implementation of our sustainability strategy with the General Management and departments.
• Coordinate sustainability audits, certifications and initiatives.
• Identify and implement new environmental, social and societal initiatives.
• Monitor sustainability KPIs, analyse results and ensure reporting.
• Bring our commitments to life through engaging internal and external communication.
• Engage our teams and develop partnerships that support our sustainability ambitions.

Your profile We are looking for an engaged, pragmatic and inspiring personality, able to turn a vision into concrete action.

• Higher education in hospitality, business, sustainability or a related field.
• Significant experience in sustainability / sustainable development, ideally within hospitality, luxury or the service industry.
• Strong project management, communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Comfortable with KPIs, reporting and certification processes.
• Creative, communicative and confident using Canva and social media.
• Fluent English and professional French are essential.
• A genuine ability to engage teams and bring people together around a shared ambition.

• Permanent contract (CDI)
• Full-time or part-time (3 weeks out of 4), depending on the profile
• Full-time salary : 45,000 gross fixed annual salary
