Sustainability Operations Executive

🕒 Full-Time Contract (1 Year) Monday - Friday, office hours

Join a Sustainability-Focused Project

• Manage customer enquiries via email and approved communication channels.
• Process and validate refund claims and supporting documents.
• Create and maintain customer cases in the CRM system.
• Follow up on pending cases and provide status updates to customers.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Support reporting and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in sustainability operations, customer service, administration, contact centre operations, claims, or case management preferred.
• Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
