Sustainability Project Executive

At Finar, we are looking for a Sustainability Project Executive to lead our sustainability projects end-to-end, coordinate information flow between our clients and Finar teams, and manage internal project workflows.

In this role, you will be responsible for project planning and follow-up, cross-functional team coordination, managing information and data flows, tracking meetings and action items, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sustainability and ESG projects from kick-off through delivery,
• Act as the main project contact between clients and Finar,
• Track project plans, timelines, deliverables, and action items,
• Ensure required information and data are collected from clients on time,
• Coordinate internal teams across different areas of expertise,
• Identify and manage risks, delays, and dependencies proactively.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in project management and client relationship management,
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders effectively,
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills,
• A proactive, solution-oriented, and ownership-driven mindset,
• Interest or experience in sustainability, ESG, or corporate reporting,
• Advanced written and spoken English proficiency.

As this role involves working with international clients and teams, strong English communication skills are essential. Candidates who successfully pass the initial screening stage will participate in an interview conducted partly in English.
