About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate **Sustainability Specialist** with 0-4 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of sustainable strategies, ensuring compliance with green building standards and certifications. Your work will contribute to projects across diverse sectors, helping to meet sustainability goals and environmental targets.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of sustainability strategies for building and infrastructure projects.
• Support the assessment of project designs processes for environmental impact and efficiency.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with international sustainability standards (e.g., LEED, BREEAM, Mostadam, SITES, WELL, etc.).
• Conduct energy and environmental analysis, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide sustainability insights.
• Assist in the preparation of certification documentation and sustainability reports.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and new technologies to recommend the best sustainability practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability or engineering related field. +3 years of experience in a sustainability-related role within the engineering and design sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and quantify sustainable design measures. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Familiarity with sustainability certifications such as LEED, BREEAM, Mostadam, or SITES, etc.. is a plus.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainable materials, and renewable energy systems is a plus.
