Обов’язки:

• Ведення реєстру Замовників, обладнання та договорів.

• Підготовка документації та забезпечення її доставки Замовникам.

• Контроль своєчасного повернення документів.

• Контроль оплати замовниками виконаних робіт.

• Контроль дебіторської заборгованості, комунікація із Замовниками щодо недопущення / стягнення дебіторської заборгованості.

• Підготовка тендерної документації та проведення переговорів із Замовниками щодо пролонгації та зміни вартості контрактів.

• Підготовка договорів на ТО і ремонти.

• Організація документообігу: облік та зберігання листів, наказів, журналів та іншої документації, що відноситься до комерційної та виробничої діяльності відділення.

Вимоги:

• повна середня освіта,
• впевнене знання Word, Excel.
• навички ведення переговорів
• готовність до виїздів на об'єкти замовників
• наявність прав буде перевагою
• знання англійської мови буде перевагою
• досвід роботи в 1С буде перевагою
