SVIP User Operations

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the acquisition and development of high-value SVIP users, identifying potential users through proactive outreach, resource exploration, and social networking.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with SVIP users to continuously improve user engagement, spending potential, and overall contribution to the platform.

Manage daily communication, support, and relationship maintenance with SVIP users.

Gain a deep understanding of SVIP user needs and develop targeted user operation and growth strategies.

Analyze user data and insights to identify growth opportunities and increase user lifetime value.

Collaborate with internal teams including operations, marketing campaigns, and product to optimize the SVIP user experience.

Achieve company targets related to SVIP user acquisition and growth.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above.

Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is required.

At least 1 years of experience in sales, business development, or high-end client relationship management. Experience serving high-net-worth (VIP) clients.

Proven track record in sales performance or client acquisition.

Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.

Candidates with experience in the following industries are preferred:

Financial services.

Insurance sales.

High-end client sales or relationship management.

3C electronics sales.

Strong client acquisition (hunting) ability and relationship management skills.

Results-oriented with strong resilience and ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
