SVP, Brand Strategy (DTC)

For our client, we are seeking a SVP, Brand Strategy (DTC) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape the brand strategy for major client accounts, with a strong focus on positioning, messaging architecture, and strategic storytelling. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding cross-functional teams through complex challenges and ensuring brand strategy remains aligned with evolving client and market needs. The position also calls for a leader who can mentor senior strategists and drive high-impact outcomes across the business.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $255,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own brand strategy direction for major accounts
• Lead development of brand positioning and messaging architecture
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients
• Partner with cross-functional teams to activate brand strategy
• Guide teams through complex strategic challenges
• Ensure brand strategy adapts to client and market needs
• Mentor and develop senior-level strategists

Qualifications

• 12+ years of brand strategy experience
• Deep experience managing complex client accounts
• Proven ability to influence senior client decisions
• Strong leadership skills for mentoring senior strategists
• Executive presence with clients and internal leaders
• Strategic thinker with storytelling ability
• Willingness to travel periodically, up to 20%
