SVP, Client Service Director

For our client, we are seeking a SVP Client Service Director to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a Business Services environment.

Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $220,000 – $285,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and nurture client relationships, ensuring active engagement at high levels
• Facilitate onboarding for all new clients to ensure smooth integration
• Generate and secure strategic new business opportunities
• Shape and enhance the agency's market strategy and service offerings
• Mentor account teams to foster professional growth and client understanding

Qualifications

• 10+ years in account management, particularly in a leadership role
• Proven experience in strategic business development
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong ability to manage multiple teams and complex client relationships
• Deep understanding of service-profit chain principles and client dynamics
