Position Purpose

The Senior Vice President (SVP) provides strategic leadership and executive oversight for the company’s business operations. This role is responsible for driving organizational growth, ensuring financial sustainability, and aligning departmental initiatives with the company’s long term vision. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the SVP translates corporate strategy into actionable operational plans.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Partner with the C suite to define, develop, and execute long term business strategies and enterprise growth roadmaps.

Operational Excellence: Oversee multi departmental operations to optimize efficiency, productivity, and scalability across the organization.

Financial Stewardship: Hold full P&L (Profit and Loss) responsibility, drive budget allocation, and ensure cross functional alignment with financial targets.

People & Culture: Lead, mentor, and develop Vice Presidents (VPs) and Directors, fostering a high performance, inclusive, and accountable culture.

Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential mergers or acquisitions (M&A).

Governance & Risk: Ensure corporate compliance with relevant industry regulations and proactively manage operational risks to protect company reputation.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 12+ years of progressive professional experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior executive leadership role (VP level or equivalent).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of scaling businesses, driving organizational change, and executing complex corporate strategies.

Financial Acumen: Exceptional capability in financial analysis, comprehensive P&L management, and large scale budget planning.

• Communication: Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
