SVP, COO - Cloud Success

For our client, we are seeking a SVP, COO - Cloud Success to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This senior operations leader will shape the strategy, operating model, and performance infrastructure that support a large-scale customer success organization. The role will partner closely with senior leaders across the business to improve execution, strengthen alignment, and turn complex organizational challenges into clear, measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate will help build scalable systems, use data and AI-enabled insights to improve productivity, and communicate the impact of the customer success function across the enterprise.

Location: Atlanta, GA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $352,000 – $473,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for tools and processes that enhance team performance
• Map customer experiences to identify gaps and improve onboarding and ongoing success
• Provide actionable insights and performance metrics through dashboards and analytics
• Build the operating system for leadership to execute strategy and drive alignment
• Develop a communication strategy that showcases the function's impact across the organization

Qualifications

• Proven COO experience in sales or customer success within complex, global organizations
• Experience driving enterprise transformation using AI and technology
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills in matrixed environments without direct authority
• Ability to turn complex challenges into clear narratives and measurable outcomes
• Experience building scalable teams and organizational structures
• Preferred experience with data and AI technologies
• Deep understanding of AI, automation, and evolving technology trends
