- Lead a large affordable housing development pipeline
- Oversee full-cycle development from feasibility through completion
- Lead multifamily & affordable housing projects
- Partner with senior leadership on capital strategy and growth
- Lead development staff and build scalable processes
- Work with public agencies, lenders & community partners
Ideal Background: ~10+ years in real estate development with strong multifamily/affordable housing, financial modeling, capital stack, and team leadership experience.
