SW Engineer (Nport)

Purpose of this Position

• Develop and maintain embedded software for networking devices, ensuring high reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Contribute to system architecture design, protocol implementation, and low-level driver integration on RTOS and Linux platforms.

Major Areas of Responsibility

• Design, implement, and debug embedded software (primarily in C) for network-enabled products.
• Integrate and optimize communication protocols.
• Participate in software architecture decisions and documentation.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system-level issues.

Minimum Job Requirements – Education: Master of EE/CSIE

– Professional Certificates/Licenses: Not required

– Experience: Experience in RTOS and/or embedded Linux.

– Language: Mandarin/English

Required Competencies

• Proficiency in C.
• Strong understanding of networking stack, socket programming.
• Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), issue tracking, and code review practices.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team.
