Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, coding, and improving software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. The role requires working closely with various teams to ensure that solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. Daily activities include collaborating on project requirements, troubleshooting issues, and continuously refining software to meet evolving needs in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones. - Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize workflows and outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Intune. - Strong understanding of device management and security policies within enterprise environments. - Experience with cloud-based management solutions and integration with Microsoft Azure services. - Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline deployment and configuration tasks. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to device compliance and application management. - Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to support continuous delivery. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Intune. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
