Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce a variety of Indian sweets as per company standards.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Manage daily sweet production and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain proper usage and handling of ingredients and equipment.
