SWIM AIDE | CONCORD, MA

Concord Recreation is seeking Swim Aides. The Swim Aide Program builds talent pipelines by investing in and transforming candidates to be a strong and confident Water Safety Instructor. Under the supervision of the Aquatics Program Supervisor, the Swim Aide is responsible for assisting certified Water Safety Instructors during lessons with stroke development, water introduction, water safety, and other duties designated by the Water Safety Instructor (WSI). This position will work only under the supervision of a certified Water Safety Instructor. Hours and schedule will vary with total hours ranging from 2-18 hours/ week.

Pay range: $15.00/hour; starting pay based on qualifications. This is an year-round, hourly, part-time position consisting of up to 20 hours per week.
