Swim Coach

Must be able to enjoy coaching children ages 3 to under 18

Must have at least two years experience coaching a swim team

Must be familiar and follow USA Swimming guidelines

Must be CPR/AED certified.

Must be able to provide appropriate instruction according to the swimmer's level and to adapt and modify the drill according to the individual's skills and abilities.

Must maintain a consistent positive attitude and provide a stimulating learning experience for all the members.

Must be able to complete all administrative work related to the swim club which includes maintaining attendance roster, notification calls, emails,etc.

Must be able to follow and enforce all club wet area rules and policies.
