At Swimplify, we believe every child, teen, adult, and neurodiverse student belongs in the water. We don't just teach swimming--we help students overcome fear, build confidence, and develop a lifelong positive relationship with the water.

We're looking for an experienced instructor who is kind, dependable, and enthusiastic to join our growing team in Evergreen, Colorado. (Travel stipend available to qualified candidates, see below)

Whether a student is making their very first splash or refining their strokes, our goal is always the same: to create a safe, encouraging environment where every swimmer feels seen, supported, and successful.

What we're looking for:

• Loves working with children
• Patient, positive, and dependable
• Enjoys building confidence in others
• Excited to learn and grow professionally
• Comfortable in the water
• CPR certification or willing to complete prior to teaching
• 3-5 years in-water teaching experience highly preferred

Great Backgrounds Include:

• Swim instructors
• Lifeguards
• Preschool or elementary teachers
• Occupational or Physical Therapy assistants
• Coaches
• Nannies or childcare professionals
• Anyone with a genuine passion for helping children and students thrive

Current openings are primarily weekday afternoons and evenings, and Saturdays, with opportunities for additional hours as enrollment continues to grow. But, we're happy to discuss a schedule that works best for you.
