• Make each swim lesson fun and purposeful in a structured, encouraging environment
• Help kids (and adults!) feel confident and safe in the water

No experience? While we prefer experienced instructors - we are happy to hire with no experience if you are the right person!! Bring your enthusiasm—we'll handle the rest.

Pay for Performance:
Based on experience and performance; raises tied to skill growth and contribution. We reward growth and commitment. The more you learn and contribute, the more you earn. We provide ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities to level up.

NOTE: This job takes place in a warm water environment and you must be physically able to lift and handle 50lbs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
