SWIMING POOL SALES REP

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional service. Duties

• Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies that drive sales.
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred, showcasing strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clients and effectively address their needs.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and best practices is a plus, along with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude, resilience, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
