Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education.
- At least 3 years of coaching experience at a competitive level, demonstrating a proven track record of developing successful swimmers.
- Certified by recognized swimming organizations such as USA Swimming or ASCA, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage for working with diverse teams.
