True Blue Swim School is hiring Kids Swim Instructors! If you love working with children and want a fun, rewarding job, this is your chance to make a real impact. What You’ll Do

• Teach children water survival and swimming skills
• Build confidence and encourage kids in a fun, safe environment
• Assist with pool setup, pack-up, and equipment handling
• Work as part of a supportive, energetic team

Who We’re Looking For

• 15 years of age or older
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and fun
• Trustworthy, reliable, and accountable
• Passionate about working with children (experience is a bonus but not required)
• Self-driven with a growth mindset
• Inclusive team player
• Able to safely lift up to 40 lbs (assisting children and handling pool equipment)
• Able to provide a clear Vulnerable Sector Check

Availability

• Flexible scheduling: morning, afternoon, and evening shifts depending on location
• Weekend availability required
• Minimum of 3 shifts per week
