Swimming Pool Builder

We are looking for an experienced swimming pool contractor to take on residential pool construction projects in the Jacksonville, Florida area. This opportunity is ideal for independent pool builders or established construction crews looking to grow their workload without having to spend their own money on marketing and lead generation.

We provide homeowner leads from our marketing efforts, while you handle the on-site assessments, project estimating, construction coordination, and completion of each job. We are looking to build long-term working relationships with reliable contractors who can deliver quality work and communicate professionally with homeowners.

Responsibilities:

• Contact homeowners who have expressed interest in building a swimming pool.
• Visit properties to evaluate site conditions, take measurements, and discuss design options.
• Prepare estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and other construction expenses.
• Coordinate excavation, plumbing, installation, finishing, and other construction activities.
• Manage workers, subcontractors, materials, and project timelines.
• Keep homeowners informed about project progress and address construction issues.
• Ensure completed work meets applicable building codes, permitting requirements, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in residential swimming pool construction.
• Knowledge of pool installation methods, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to estimate project costs and manage jobs from start to finish.
• Access to a reliable crew or qualified subcontractors.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Appropriate licensing and insurance for the work performed.

Compensation & Partnership:

Approximately 80% of the total project value is allocated to the contractor to cover construction expenses and contractor profit. Exact project terms, responsibilities, and payment schedules are agreed upon before work begins.

You will have the opportunity to receive company-generated leads and focus on building pools rather than relying entirely on your own advertising. Project availability depends on customer demand, location, and scheduling, so a minimum number of projects is not guaranteed.

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
