Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Swimming Pool Construction Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in swimming pool construction, waterproofing, plumbing, filtration systems, and site supervision.

The candidate will be responsible for managing swimming pool construction projects from initial site inspection and planning through installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage swimming pool construction projects from start to completion.
• Review engineering drawings, layouts, technical specifications, and construction plans.
• Coordinate excavation, reinforced concrete works, structural construction, and waterproofing.
• Supervise installation of swimming pool plumbing, circulation pipelines, pumps, filters, and filtration systems.
• Oversee installation of pool lights, electrical equipment, control panels, and related systems.
• Ensure proper tiling, finishing, grouting, and other finishing works.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with contractors, technicians, suppliers, and consultants.
• Monitor project progress, material requirements, labor, and construction schedules.
• Perform water-retention tests, leakage inspections, pressure testing, and system commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable UAE regulations, and health and safety requirements.
• Identify technical issues and implement effective solutions to avoid delays and rework.
• Prepare progress reports, material requests, inspection records, and project documentation.
• Coordinate final inspections, rectify defects, and ensure successful project handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in swimming pool construction and installation.
• UAE or Gulf-region experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of swimming pool structural works, waterproofing, plumbing, and filtration systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience in site supervision, contractor coordination, and project execution.
• Knowledge of swimming pool pumps, filters, circulation systems, and water-treatment equipment.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge of applicable UAE construction standards and safety requirements.
