Swimming Pool Construction Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage pool construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, and proficiency in various construction management software. This role is crucial in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with homeowners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Utilize construction management software such as Buildertrend, Ressio, and ProCore for project tracking and reporting.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare and review project schedules using management software and spreadsheets
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and plans
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Implement time management strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction management software including Buildertrend, Ressio, and ProCore
• Proficient in blueprint reading and project management principles.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with Google Suite including heavy use of spreadsheets
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
