Who we're looking for
Proven residential pool construction experience in Texas, with finished pools you're proud of
Registered to build pools in the cities you serve, plus general liability insurance
Your own crew and equipment for excavation, shell, plumbing, and finishing
Comfortable presenting and closing projects with homeowners
Based within reach of Dallas, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, or Arlington

This is a partnership for someone who already runs a pool business and wants it full, not a job for someone looking for a paycheck.

Compensation
Paid per project. 86% of the signed contract value, paid as the job funds. Projects run $70,000 and up.
