Pool Service Technician – Full-Time

Pay: $650–$800 per week + bonus and commission opportunities

We’re looking for a reliable, motivated, and experienced Pool Service Technician to join our growing team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy working independently, and know how to keep pools clean, safe, and looking their best, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance

Test and balance pool chemicals

Inspect pool equipment and identify potential issues

Troubleshoot basic pool system problems

Maintain accurate service records

Communicate professionally with customers regarding service needs and recommended repairs

Follow company procedures and safety standards

Manage your route efficiently and provide consistent, high-quality service

What We’re Looking For

Previous pool maintenance/service experience required

Knowledge of pool cleaning, water chemistry, and chemical treatments

Basic understanding of pool equipment and systems

Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Good communication and customer service skills

Physical ability to perform outdoor pool maintenance

Valid driver’s license
