Swimming Pool Sales Representative – Commission Based

Hydroline Pools is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team.

We specialize in swimming pool construction, remodeling, and related outdoor projects throughout South Florida. We are looking for someone who is confident communicating with clients, understands the sales process, and is motivated by a performance-based compensation structure with strong earning potential.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective clients and understand their project needs
• Present pool construction and remodeling options
• Prepare and follow up on estimates and proposals
• Maintain consistent communication with leads throughout the sales process
• Follow up with potential clients and help move projects toward closing
• Coordinate with the office and project team when necessary
• Maintain accurate client and sales information in the company system
• Generate new business opportunities and develop your own client network
• Represent Hydroline Pools professionally at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience required
• Construction, swimming pool, home improvement, or related sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Fluent English required
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple leads
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation

This is a commission-based sales opportunity with uncapped earning potential.

Sales Representatives earn commissions on closed projects, with additional earning opportunities for self-generated leads.

With strong sales performance, there is significant monthly and annual income potential. Our company is continuing to grow, with an annual sales goal of $4 million for 2026, creating opportunities for motivated sales professionals who want to grow with the company.
