We are a growing South Florida swimming pool company looking for motivated, confident Sales Representatives to sell new residential swimming pool projects.

This is a commission-only position with a high commission structure designed for sales professionals who want significant earning potential. There is no cap on commissions - your income is based on your ability to close deals.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners interested in building a new swimming pool
• Present pool options, designs, features, upgrades, and outdoor-living solutions
• Build relationships with prospective clients and understand their needs and budget
• Prepare and present proposals
• Follow up consistently with leads
• Negotiate and close contracts
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the sales process

• Comfortable working independently
• Experienced in sales

Pool, construction, home-improvement, roofing, solar, remodeling, or other high-ticket sales experience is a major plus.

Compensation

100% commission-based position with a high commission structure.

There is no hourly wage or salary. This opportunity is best suited for an experienced salesperson who wants the ability to earn substantially more through performance.
