We are actively hiring experienced Pool Service Technicians as 1099 contractors as we build and acquire dense, profitable routes. Our pay structure rewards performance and grows with our business. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in your work, we'll pay you $15 per pool per week based on experience, and are open to offer Full-Time pay with benefits after 90 days.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Swimming Pool Service Technician, you will maintain and chemically balance residential swimming pools to ensure optimal water quality and client satisfaction. You'll start with approximately 40 pools, working three days per week, and the ability to choose your own start times.

As we grow our route density, you'll have the opportunity to expand to up to 80 pools, directly growing your income. You'll work independently in the field with a dedicated office and management team available to support you.

This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a genuine commitment to exceptional customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform routine pool maintenance: brush walls, net debris, empty baskets, backwash filters, unclog vacuums, test and balance water chemistry
• Conduct minor equipment inspections and report findings
• Identify and quote upsell opportunities, filter cleans, salt cell service, green-to-clean recoveries, and small repairs/installations
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service that drives referrals and long-term retention
• Document all service work and maintain accurate logs for each property
• Monitor and track chemical and supply inventory
• Identify and report equipment issues or property concerns promptly
• Complete other duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ year of experience in a service, maintenance, or labor-based role (pool experience preferred)
• Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand tools and maintenance equipment
• Ability to work independently with solid time-management and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in Arizona summer conditions
• Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, and move equipment as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of hands-on residential pool service experience
• Proven ability to clean filters and perform basic equipment evaluation
• Current auto insurance (proof required)
• Smartphone for route management and reporting
• Must pass a background check
