Swimming Pool Technician

Roles and Responsibility

• Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the swimming pool area.
• Operate and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and chlorination systems.
• Test and adjust water chemistry to ensure optimal conditions for swimmers.
• Monitor and control pool temperature, pH levels, and other parameters.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks like cleaning filters, inspecting equipment, and replacing consumables.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

• Experience working with swimming pools, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
• Strong knowledge of pool operations, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with pool equipment and software.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
