Position Overview:
Clean Pool Squad is looking for a dependable and motivated individual to join our field team as a Pool Technician. This role involves hands-on pool maintenance, customer interaction, and equipment care. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, enjoy working outdoors, and can provide friendly, professional service.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine pool cleaning: skimming, brushing, and vacuuming. Truck is provided by Clean Pool Squad.
• Test and balance water chemistry for safe, clear pools.
• Monitor and report on pool equipment performance.
• Address customer questions and concerns with a service-first attitude.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Follow safety procedures and operational standards.
• Work independently or alongside team members in the field.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license (required) with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Previous pool care experience is a bonus but not required—we’ll train the right person

Perks & Compensation:

• Hourly pay: $18.41–$25.00 (based on experience)
• Flexible work schedules: Monday–Friday with optional weekend availability
