We are seeking a motivated and dependable Skilled Swing Stage Rigger/ Labourer to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. Duties

• Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, setting up equipment, and organizing materials for daily tasks
• Perform general manual labour such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials safely and efficiently
• Support skilled tradespeople by providing tools, materials, and assistance as needed during construction or maintenance activities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site to ensure safety standards are met at all times
• Follow safety protocols diligently, including wearing protective gear and reporting hazards immediately
• Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision, ensuring proper usage and maintenance
• Contribute to the timely progression of projects by completing assigned tasks with energy and attention to detail

Skills

• Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward assisting others on-site
• Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly and report issues effectively
• Ability to follow safety procedures meticulously to maintain a secure work environment
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment; certification or experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements
• Reliable attendance record with a positive attitude toward hard work and punctuality

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
