Job highlights

• Responsible for providing Uninterrupted Power to Smelter. Protection system of Transmission and Distribution line,Bay Control units,Synchronization System. Transformer Maintenance and testing for minimum 160 MVA Capacity.
• Spare Planning,preparing budget,planning for execution of improvement Projects. Switchyard Voltage level should be minimum 220 KV

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing Uninterrupted Power to Smelter.
Protection system of Transmission and Distribution line, Bay Control units, Synchronization System.
Transformer Maintenance and testing for minimum 160 MVA Capacity.
Responsible for NARI/Chinese SCADA system or IEC 61850 architecture.
Good hand-in relay Protection and DR Software for SIEMENS/ABB relays.
Maintenance of EHT lines and Breakers with both Hydraulic and Pneumatic.
Preparing documents and on field execution for Statutory and Legal requirements.

Dealing with State Grid and other Government bodies for approvals at regular intervals.
Spare Planning, preparing budget, planning for execution of improvement Projects.
Switchyard Voltage level should be minimum 220 KV
Capable of handling and owning new Projects like retrofitting of Chinese SCADA and 220 KV Breaker.
Identification and implementation of Energy conservation projects. Co-ordination with all departments of entire plant for energy conservation activities.

Analysis and review of maintenance breakdown of all critical equipment. Implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Create better synergy between Users (SBU) and Service Providers
Optimize Energy conservation to achieve energy targets.
Energy management system legal compliance
